QR huh?

Did you click the QR code or type in the web address to get here? Either way your here, so now let's explain more about this new tool.

A QR Code or Quick Response Code is a 2d encoded code with data such as website addresses, contact information, text, and other information. They can be used in marketing campaigns, packaging, websites, business cards, posters, brochures or numerous other items. If you look around they are popping up everywhere.

The back of our business cards (This seems to be the most popular currently)

DeFrance can create QR codes in 3 format's- Static, Trackable and Redirectable. The current QR code on our postcard & business card is Static, meaning all it does is link you to a URL listing(this blog).

Why should you care about QR codes?
If you care about increasing your sales, getting better ROI and knowing the who/what/when/where about your clients and potential buyers, then you care. They are not the answer but another tool in the box to help communicate with potential buyers.

We will be continuing to share best practices on QR codes in the coming months talking about the 3 different types and how the best use each. Keep an eye out for more.

In the mean time if you have a smart phone and want to learn how to use QR codes call or email us today. We would be happy to stop in and show you how this works.
Enjoy
